Remember to check in with yourself as much as you check in with your loved ones.
This week, May 3- 9 is Mental Health Week. The theme of this year is to “get real about how we are feeling”.
Over the past year, the pandemic has created unprecedented levels of stress and anxiety. Being open and honest about our feelings can improve our mental health and can help us through tough times.
This week, we encourage you to come together with your friends and loved ones to talk freely about mental health issues, to listen to others’ stories and offer support to each other. You are not alone.
