ART BMC Plus



The ART BMC Plus has an integrated filter system for the concentration of proteins from Platelet Poor Plasma (PPP) to create a fluid rich in growth factors.

During this process, water and salt ions are pushed out while the beneficial proteins are retained and concentrated..

The PPP can be passed multiple times from syringe to syringe through the filter until the desired volume is obtained.

This ultra-filtration enriches the concentration of most proteins like VEGF, PDGF, TGF-Beta, FGF, Alpha-2 Macroglobulin (A2M), Interleukin-1 receptor antagonist protein (IRAP) and Fibrinogen..

Bone Marrow Concentrate (BMC) is an Indirect Therapy



  • Derived from Bone Marrow and contains Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs), Hematopoietic Stem Cells, proteins & growth factors
  • > 20x higher amounts of anti-inflammatory proteins in BMC than PRP

The Process

Collect - Concentrate - Deliver



Collect:
  • 54 - 60 cc of autologous blood or autologous bone marrow
Concentrate:

Centrifuge & Extract the Buffy Coat

  • One 15 minute spin at 3200 RPM
  • Stacks into 3 layers
  • Pull Buffy Coat in 3 simple steps
  • Yield 3 - 5 cc of Buffy Coat
  • Yield 3 - 5 cc of General Fluid Concentrate from 25 - 30 cc of PPP
  • Customizable 6 - 10 cc final volume for injection after filtration of PPP
  • The cells and proteins are accurately isolated and concentrated at point of care
  • Concentrate ~ 70% platelets from peripheral blood
  • Concentrate ~ 90% Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from bone marrow
Deliver:
